GSM Valtech - Key Sheet Metal Processes

	LASER - Laser cutting from 0.1 mm rigid plastic to 12 mm thick mild steel, including aluminium, stainless steel and zintec. 2.5 m x 1.25 m sheets maximum.
	PUNCHING - CNC punching from 0.3 mm to 6 mm thick material dependant. 2.5 m x 1.25 m sheets without reposition.
	BENDING - Sheet metal bending up to 2.5 m x 80 tonne capacity, 8 axis capability.
	MILLING - 22 station vertical machining centre with maximum envelope 630 mm x 500 mm x 500 mm + manual machines.
	TURNING - Manual with 50 mm dia. bar feed and up to 200 mm throw.
	INSERT - Automatic and manual machines used to fit a full range of stainless steel fasteners and sheet metal fasteners including PEM, HANK, DZUS and PSM.
	WELDING - Specialising in stainless steel welding, aluminium welding, spot and stud welding. Using TIG, MIG and MMA.
	LINISHING - Flat bed linishing of metal to add grained effect and deburr. Dressing and polishing of welds.
	ALOCROM - alocrom 1200 and alocrom 1000.
	POWDER COAT - Powder coat and stove enamelling of metals and plastics.
	ELECTRO MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY - Basic mechanical assembly, component kitting and packaging solutions.
	SCREEN PRINT - Silk screen printed graphics up to 1.5 m x 1 m in a single pass.
