CNC Folding

GSM Valtech has sheet metal folding and bending capability up to 80 tonnes with a current maximum width of 2.5m.

We have a number of Amada and Promecam CNC folding machines capable of producing simple and intricate sheet metal folds.  We have also over 35 years experience in sheet metal bending and can help you with your sheet metal design to optimise the CNC folding operation.  We can give you accurate 'K' factors for calculating the parts developed flat patterns in a range of materials and thicknesses including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper and brass.
