CNC Milling

GSM Valtech has CNC milling capability with a maximum envelope of 630 mm x 500 mm x 500 mm.

We can machine products with an envelope no larger than 630 mm x 500 mm  x 500 mm on our 3-axis DMC 63V vertical machining centre. Maximum spindle speed is 10,000 rpm. It is a relatively small working envelope thus restricting us to what we can offer you in terms of complexity, size of product and speed of manufacture. However, it is cost effective and is continually busy and forms an integral part of our sheet metal product manufacturing services.  We sub-contract further work to our approved suppliers who can offer amongst other things, full 5-axis machining and Aerospace approvals.
