Self Clinching Fasteners

GSM Valtech has automatic and manual machines to insert a full range of sheet metal fasteners including branded products PEM, Hank, Dzus and PSM.

We fit many different types of self clinching inserts into sheet metal products.  We stock a huge range of threaded inserts, self clinching nuts, self clinching standoffs and self clinching studs including specials for stainless steel optimising delivery.  If we don't have a particular part in stock, we have a number of approved suppliers that can offer most parts from UK stock.  If however, the parts are not available in the UK, deliveries can be 8/10 weeks with MOQ's of 10,000 parts.  In these cases, we would offer an alternative manufacturer product in the first instance.  We can also fit solid rivets using the same machines.

We also regularly use, pop rivets, rivet bushes and 'Briv' rivets in our assemblies.
